Xbcd Driver
After having tons of issues getting this pad to work with windows 8.1, I decided to make this guide. Step 1: First we need to disable driver signatures on windows 8, follow the guide posted below or simply While holding shift down, select Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart > Select option 7: Disable driver signature enforcement or follow Step 2: Download XBCD 0.2.7 Step 3: Make sure you run, and install all these programs AS ADMINISTRATOR, it's very important. Thanks so much! This is the best guide I could find to get my mat setup with Windows 7. As a note for future readers, it's unnecessary to disable driver signature enforcement in windows 7. Also, for me, 'Xbox 360 Controller for Windows' was not in the category of 'Xbox 360 Peripherals', it was under a different category.

Make sure you find 'Xbox 360 Controller for Windows', and don't use the 'HID-compliant video game controller' or whatever it's called, that won't work, it has to be the 'Xbox 360 Controller for Windows'. Also, it's important to update the driver exactly as Zeeth says: 'Right click > Update Driver Software > Browse my Computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer > Have Disk > Browse > Navigate to C: Program Files (x86) XBCD Driver (may be different if you changed install directory),' I tried doing it another way and it didn't work. It didn't work until I did 'choose from list of device drivers.' Then 'Have Disk' 19 Aug 2015, 10:49pm. I did everything said above. XBCD do detect when I press buttons on my Pad.
BUT, I cannot change ANYTHING. Whatever I do I cannot change the freaking settings of this program.
I also want to point out that this line 'Either download this setting file > Click 'Open' and navigate to where ever it is located, then save settings.' Is very unclear. Clicking Open will execute it. Quickshortcutmaker download. And to where ever it is located? You are already where it is located if you are executing it. The problem for me right now is that XBCD is just being a bitch to me. Everything worked.
Hp 6122 driver windows 7. The setup, updating and changing drivers, everything. XBCD won't let me change the settings. If anyone know what I am doing wrong, please tell me. Edit: Never mind XBCD trash. I found something else that is wayyyyyy easier to do.
