Thats totally believable someone would name an emulator that. They name it that so when you google 'ps3 emulator' its the first one that comes up. Ps3 emulation is currently impossible due to hardware limitations. With current gen computer hardware, you would need like a 9-12ghz i7-4770k to run a ps3 emulator using a JIT recompilier through an AVX or AVX2 instruction code set (as optimized as it gets).
