Parker Brothers Shotguns. Can anyone help me with the value of a Parker shotgun? Serial Number 7,. Parker Shotguns for sale and auction at GunsAmerica. Parker, Year 1928, 16 Gauge, 6lbs 13oz, SxS Serial Number: 223293 Lets face it, Parker 16ga. I've put my gator skin on because there may be some strong rebuttal at this assessment. You appear to have a very nice specimen there. The damascus pattern in the barrels is strong and crisp. There even appears to be hints of case coloring on the receiver, (most specimens, unless refinished, are silver). The game documentary album songs. It's hard to tell from the one photo. I'm ignoring the Blue Book and looked on GunBroker.com to see what is currently available. The asking prices are all obviously too high because there wasn't a GH of any gauge that had an offer.
I'd assess your gun at about 1,000 to 1,200 dollars as a realistic current market value. If anyone wants a 'Parker' just to say they have one, there's a 12 gauge project gun on GB right now at 375. Appears to me that it might have been in a fire though. The last GH I bought was about 15 to 20 years ago.
It was a 12 gauge and came with damascus and steel barrels numbered to the gun for 600 dollars. It was apparently a custom order because the damascus barrels are exactly numbered to the receiver. The steel barrels were the next serial number in sequence with the last number stamped out and lowered by one to match the numbers on the receiver and damascus barrels.??? That's my read on it anyway. I think most collectors these days are holding their money for the really prime guns and they will bring dollars like the asking prices on Gun Broker.
The ones I saw looking a little while ago will probably remain unsold at the reserves they have on them though. Sorry for rambling and I hope this helps you. Feel free to ask any more questions you might have. Note: There is a 16 ga.
Synopsis A young boy named Max has an active imagination, and he will throw fits if others don't go along with what he wants. Wild things movie download.
GH currently being offered with a reserve of 3,500 for what it's worth. The value range I gave above is my opinion only and does not reference Blue Book values. I simply feel that if you took your gun to an auction it would probably fetch somewhere near the numbers I'm estimating.
