It was made in Minden, CT. We have sent to the research committee and received the paperwork on this gun. It was ordered by Hibbard Spencer and Bartlett Company in chicago jan. And shippeed on march 4th, 1901.

According to Parker Brothers Order Book No. 50 it was a GH hammerless 12 gauge. It featured Damascus steel barrels with length of 30 inches. It's stock configuration was capped pistol grip.
The chokes were patterned RH full and LH full. Ordered specified weight of 7-8 1/2 pounds with standard dimensions. Price was $80.00 it says pat.
March 1878 on the barrels. It has Quails engraved on the receiver. Single Trigger, hammerless. It's a beautiful gun and would love to shoot it.
