I suggest you to connect the device and run the hardware and device troubleshooter and check if it helps. • Type troubleshooting in the search bar. • Select Troubleshooting. • Select View all on the top left corner. • Click on Hardware and Devices. • Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

• Check if issue persists. If the issue persists, I suggest you to download the driver from the manufactures website and install it in compatibility mode and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
